BALBOA PARK— The second annual San Diego Winter Brew Fest is scheduled for this Saturday, February 22. Held at The San Diego Hall of Champions, the fest features breweries from San Diego and beyond, including Modern Times Beer, Coronado Brewing Company, Black Market Brewing Co., Firestone Walker and more, plus live music. $50 advance VIP tickets include an exclusive hour of tasting and a beer and cheese pairing; general admission is $40 and proceeds go to support local non-profits. RANCHO SANTA FEMille Fleurs is launching a new wine dinner series hosted by the restaurant's longtime and legendary owner, Bertrand Hug. The first Taste of Terroirs event is scheduled for Tuesday, February 25 at 6:30 p.m, featuring the wine and food of the Corbieres/Languedoc region of France and includes an educational presentation by Hug and maitre d' Marco Dedic.
