A valued tipster spotted a Kato Sushi sign posted on the now-shuttered Pita Jungle space at 1045 University Ave. and wondered if it was related to the sushi bar with the same name on Garnet Ave. Eater can confirm that the PB sushi shop is planning a second location for Hillcrest, but it likely won't open for a few months; when it does, it'll include a bar/lounge area because of this location's expanded footprint.
