According to their Facebook page, Little Italy's Napizza is due for a big expansion. Specializing in Roman pizza al taglio, with ingredients sourced locally, the eatery is planning to open new locations in Rancho Bernardo and Hillcrest; exact addresses have yet to be announced but both spots should be open by Summer 2014.
