NORTH PARK— Henebery Whiskey, a San Diego-based brand, is teaming up with local company Rx Bitters for a fundraiser to benefit the Surfrider Foundation and Balboa Park. Launching tonight with a party at Coin-Op Game Room, The Balboa is a cocktail that mixes the spice-infused rye whiskey with honey, lemon and Rx's sarsaparilla bitters. It'll be available throughout December at over 50 locations, including The Lion's Share, Jsix, Table No. 10, Grant Grill and Polite Provisions, and $1 from every drink ordered will go towards benefitting the Surfrider Foundation and Balboa Park.
