Downtown's Union Kitchen & Tap has announced a new executive chef who replaces Sean Langlais, who helped to launch the eatery back in May.
David Mango was most recently the Executive Kitchen Manager for the BJ’s Restaurants group and previously worked at McCormick & Schmick and Smith & Wollensky.
