Sycamore Den's Fresh Cocktails; New Cohn Project Gets a Name; Malarkey in Vegas

New seasonal cocktails, a waterfront restaurant gets a name, and more Malarkey.

NORMAL HEIGHTSTonight, Sycamore Den introduces their next batch of seasonal cocktails with a party that starts at 8 p.m. The bar will debut a new menu item, campfire s'mores, which will be complimentary for the evening, and offer happy hour pricing ($6) on speciality cocktails that include the just-added Don't Eat The Snow In Hawaii, made with five different rums and a housemade secret syrup and served in a Magnum P.I. tiki mug, and Sext on the Beach, a craft update of the fruity 80s-era drink. HARBOR ISLANDThe sweeping new 24,000-sqaure-foot waterfront project from the Cohn Restaurant Group, which includes a floating entertainment venue and a Mexican restaurant at the former site of the Ruben E. Lee paddle wheeler, finally has a name. It has been dubbed Coastera.
