Brooklyn Girl Wine Dinner; More Fast-Casual Pizza; Beers & Food Trucks

MISSION HILLSBrooklyn Girl Eatery is putting together its first wine dinner on Tuesday, November 18 at 6 p.m. that'll start with a reception followed by a six course dinner cooked by executive chef Colin Murray featuring six wines from Lodi's Michael David Winery, including Ancient Vines Cinsault and Earthquake Zinfandel. EAST VILLAGESILO in Makers Quarter™ is hosting a special San Diego Beer Week edition of Craft Beer + Bites on Thursday, November 13 from 6 to 9 p.m. in collaboration with San Diego State University College of Extended Studies Business of Craft Brewing Program celebration, with process to benefit San Diego Brewers Guild. Tickets ($20 in advance) include a tasting glass and ten 4 ounce pours from the offerings of 15 local breweries. Food will be sold separately from food trucks on site, as well as craft cocktails and wine from Alchemy Cultural Fare.
