New Food for Juice Bar; Tag Team Beer Cocktails; Wine Dinner

Raw food debut, a beer cocktail competition, and a special wine dinner.

HILLCRESTUptown District center's Ritual Juicebox is soon introducing its first plant-based food dishes that'll join its menu of cold pressed fruit, nut and vegetable juices. Ranging from $6 to $13 and available for dine-in or takeout, the dishes range from raw alfredo made with a creamy cashew sauce over zucchini noodles to a spiced lentil wrap with cashew-tumeric aioli and an organic macro bowl with quinoa, black beans, steamed kale, vegetables and kimchi dressed with a walnut-tahini sauce.
