Sam Fox, founder of Fox Restaurant Concepts, which runs a diverse portfolio of 15 different restaurant brands, recently shared that the company has some serious expansion planned for the next few years.
Fox's highly successful True Food Kitchen brand, first developed in collaboration with Dr. Andrew Weil and founding chef Michael Stebner (formerly of Hillcrest's Region), will roll out eight new locations by 2017.
Their first San Diego outpost opened in Fashion Valley in 2012 and is run by chef Nathan Coulon. Eater just learned that another True Food Kitchen is in the works for North County.
Anita Walker, Vice President of Marketing at Fox Restaurant Concepts, confirmed the expansion and said, "We love being a part of the San Diego community through True Food Kitchen and have plans to open another store in Del Mar in 2016."
