LA JOLLAThe La Valencia Hotel is saying a final farewell to the Sky Room, their top floor fine-dining restaurant that operated from the hotel's inception to the end of 2012. The space is being converted into two penthouse suites, but before construction commences, executive chef James Montejano is cooking up a Last Supper Dinner Series that'll run from October 22 to 25.
