RateBeer.com has posted its list of the Top New Brewers in the World, according their beer ratings. Among the top ten, of the more than 2600 new breweries registered in the past year, is San Diego's own Modern Times Beer. According to the site, the brewery's Blazing World and Fortunate Islands are "near the tip-top of their respective style categories." [RateBeer]
