The bi-level space will feature Asian-inspired food, live music and an expanded patio space. PACIFIC BEACH— Karl Strauss Brewing Company is celebrating a quarter century in beer with a grand version of their annual "Changing of the Barrels" event. On Saturday, February 8 from 6 to 9 p.m., their main tasting room will be awash in beer, with 20 taps to drink through, plus brewery tours, food, live music. The $40 ticket includes a bottle of their 25th Anniversary Barrel-Aged Doppelbock and a portion of proceeds goes towards the nonprofit Karl Strauss Brewers Education Fund. [EaterWire]
