Intel has come our way indicating that chef Chad White is prepping an exciting new restaurant project in the East Village.
White's partners in the 2,800-square-foot restaurant, which will land on J Street near the ballpark, are Shane Brennan (brother of EHGRP CEO James Brennan) and Demien Farrell, who co-founded Side Bar and Stingaree.
The trio are planning the restaurant's launch for late spring.
White, who runs the Baja-inspired pop-up Placha Baja Med, is currently overseeing the rollout of the quick-service Craft Pizza Company and has a February 1 soft opening scheduled for his Tijuana gastro bar, La Justina.
This latest project headed for the East Village, which is seeing a surge as-of-late, joins Good Time Design's many neighborhood outposts and well as the recently-announced ballpark sites for Stone Brewing Co. and CH Projects.
