Chef Paul Rinaudo is crafting a $44, four course dinner to pair with Ballast Point beers; on the menu is yellowtail collar and housemade sausage matched with the brewery's Yellowtail pale ale and a pan seared sculpin to go with, you guessed it, Sculpin IPA.
