Looks like foie gras fans are out of luck for now. The L.A. Times writes that the federal court of appeals ruled Friday to uphold the California ban on the sale of foie gras, which first took effect in July 2012; a California restaurant group had joined forces with foie gras producers to challenge the ban. This latest ruling could be appealed, or returned to the US District Court. [~EN~]
