New Happy Hour for Lion's Share; Taste of Downtown; El Cajon Oktoberfest

DOWNTOWN— The Lion's Share recently changed up its 4 to 7 p.m. happy hour menu to includes bites priced from $4 to $10, including a house made chicken sausage and draft beer for $5 or deviled eggs with caviar and truffles for $6. $8 gets you BLT sliders made with wild boar bacon and or their lamb bolognese over fries. EL CAJON— Dust off your lederhosen and dirndls. The El Cajon Oktoberfest, put on by the German American Societies of San Diego, is a really good time. The fest runs from September 27-29 and again from October 4-6.
