Chefs Vs. Fracking

Chez Panisse founder and food activist Alice Waters has launched a campaign against fracking (the controversial method of extracting oil and natural gas from the earth) and asking California "chefs, restaurateurs, and eaters" to sign a petition urging a moratorium in the state.
