Chef Miguel Valdez has found a new gig after departing his post at The Red Door Restaurant & Wine Bar and The Wellington Steak & Martini Lounge last month. We hear that he's joined the Cohn Restaurant Group and has been named the new executive chef for Hillcrest's 100 Wines.
