HILLCREST— Whole Foods Hillcrest has been all about Baja lately; debuting today in their 7th Avenue Pub is a new urban Baja menu created by chef Martín San Román which includes a ceviche trio, duck rolled tacos and scallop fundido, which skillet-bakes the scallops with wild organic mushrooms and cheese.
