Elizabethan Desserts has successfully completed the move from their original location to a sparkling new Encinitas bake shop. The bakery's operating hours are Monday to Thursday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Friday and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Now that the transfer's complete, pie enthusiasts are wondering when the bakery will begin the renovation of the Quail Gardens space into the eatery they're calling Betty's Pie Whole Saloon, which will serve both sweet and savory pies.
