The Hollywood Reporter stopped in San Diego to survey our current restaurant scene and came up with three highlights, which all opened this year. Along with the rest of the internet, they were captivated by the all-Ryan Gosling bathroom at Bang Bang. Two La Jolla eateries were also featured; The Hake got a nod for their Japanese and Mexican-influenced seafood dishes and Amaya La Jolla was described as "fine dining without the dinner jackets".
