Panchita's Bakery To Open North Park Eatery

Eater did some investigating for a tipster, who first noticed new construction at 3803 32nd Street at the corner of North Park Way.

The reader heard it that it would be a Mexican restaurant, and we can confirm that it will be so. Panchita's Bakery, the local panaderia with shops in Golden Hill, Barrio Logan and City Heights, is branching out from baked goods and opening a full-fledged eatery.

This Panchita's will have some dine-in capability, but also drive-thru access. It's expected to open in mid- September.
