Sticky Fingers Can't Help Themselves at Urge Gastropub

Rancho Bernardo's Urge Gastropub, which opened in 2010, has seen a rash of things disappear from the walls of their men's room.

Grant Tondro, co-owner of Urge Gastropub, The Barrel Room and Brothers Provisions, sent Eater a photo of the latest piece to go missing — one of a set of beer prints from a 1950's Life Magazine. This one was pilfered over the weekend, another was taken eight months ago; the only evidence left is an empty frame sitting in a stall or on the sink counter.

Tondro says these recently taken prints were ironically replacements for the bathroom's original artwork, which was also stolen. No doubt they're now all hanging in a beer geek's home bar.
