The Cravory custom cookie bakery, first founded in 2009 by Adam Koven, Nate Ransom and Derek Jaeger, has set their sites set on being "the Ben & Jerry's of cookies".
Until now, The Cravory's baked goods have only been available online and at select local farmer's markets, but this fall the cult cookie company plans to open their first brick-and-mortar store this September in the Midway Town Center.
The 1,000-square-foot space will serve as a production bakery and a storefront where you can purchase their $2 cookies in sweet and savory flavors that will rotate daily and include their signature cookies (red velvet, oreo milkshake, chocolate truffle), monthly specials and in-store only varieties. Open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., The Cravory will also house a Cookie Monster-approved self-serve bar with milk on tap.
