Richard Blais' new San Diego restaurant project officially has a name - Juniper & Ivy - after the streets that border the building's spot on Kettner in Little Italy.
As Blais mentioned in his Eater Interview, the chef is splitting his time between San Diego and Atlanta; he's in town this week and pre-construction work has begun at the Helix Wholesale Co. space. Just launched: Facebook and Twitter accounts for Juniper & Ivy.
According to this Eater Jobs posting, the restaurant is looking to fill a number of essential positions, including chef (the "right hand professional to Executive Chef Richard Blais"), sous chef and general manager. Juniper & Ivy is slated for a December opening.
