MISSION VALLEY— Gather your best tiki duds and plan your itinerary for this year's "Hulabilly" Tiki Oasis (August 15 to 18), the annual extravaganza of tropical drinks, music and art. There are packages available for the entire weekend's festivities, but if you want to do things a la carte, check out Thursday night's meet and mingle at the Bali Hai, the cigar and rum pairing lounge or their tiki symposium line-up, which includes a session on the history of moonshine and tasting of tiki cocktails with the owner of San Francisco's Smuggler's Cove.
