Esteemed food critic Jonathan Gold had some nice things to say about chef Javier Plascencia and his Bonita restaurant, Romesco. In an LA Times piece, Gold calls Plascencia the "Wolfgang Puck of border cuisine" and raves about a special small snack, Romesco's bone marrow sopes, declaring the dish "the single greatest antojito I have ever had the pleasure of tasting."
