The prolific Consortium Holdings collective (Craft & Commerce, UnderBelly, Polite Provisions, etc.) has planted a flag on their newest conquest, a 4,500-square-foot industrial warehouse at 1654 India Street in Little Italy.
Construction's begun but the group is remaining mum on their plans for the circa 1920s building, although the Reader thinks it could be a "fish joint". Until we hear official word, let's speculate!
