Your pick is Snooze, an A.M. Eatery, the diner concept which originated in Denver. Known for their twists on classic breakfast food and popular brunch cocktails, Snooze opened its Hillcrest location in 2011.

North County denizens who feel like they might be missing out will have a Snooze to call their own soon; the company is currently at work on a new eatery in the Del Mar Highlands Town Center. Due to open the first week of September, the new space will be open and airy with a large patio, with a menu similar to their other locations.
