Cronut mania is sweeping the nation, and just touched down in San Diego at downtown's Donut Bar. Owner Santiago Campa sent over a drool-inducing photo of their vanilla-sugared version of the croissant-donut hybrid, which they're calling the "Crobar".

In honor of National Donut Day, Donut Bar will be selling these fluffy wonders tomorrow morning beginning at 7 a.m.; since the Crobars are so labor intensive, they'll only have 100 available on Friday and Saturday. The treats were developed in collaboration with 7th Cafe, who will also have some on hand.

The craze originated at Dominique Ansel's eponymous New York City bakery and has so far spawned numerous copycats (we're hearing that Ocean Beach's Azucar is going to make them once a week).
