After reviewing nine of the summer's super exciting openings, you chose Sea & Smoke, the new North County eatery from chef Matt Gordon, as the restaurant you're awaiting with the most anticipation.
Due to be unveiled on July 8, the Bells & Whistles-designed space includes a glassed-in kitchen, lots of outdoor eating space and a street-level dining room that flows down into a lounge with bar seating.
When reached for comment, Gordon said, "We are ready to get this thing off the ground and thank everyone for their support! I'm most excited about seeing a new crew come together and do something amazing; it's our employees that make it happen."
