Hangover Observations

The kitchen at last night's epic SausageFest at Jsix was awash in sausage-related innuendo (watch this video to get an idea), but the chefs were totally serious when it came to whose meat would win the public's vote. Attendees got to blind judge a very solid lineup of house made sausages and chose The Linkery's spicy, cheese-studded kasekrainer as runner-up. Crowned the new Sausage King was Andrew Bent, sous chef at Tender Greens in Liberty Station, whose tasty bratwurst took the top prize. [EaterWire]
