DOWNTOWN— Into sausages and friendly competition? This Wednesday, Jsix is hosting their annual sausage showdown featuring ten local chefs (Urban Solace, The Linkery, Saltbox). Regular Sausage Fest tickets are sold out, but there are still a few $30 full sausage ride packages available that include tastes of all meats in competition and a one liter souvenir stein filled to the brim with The Lost Abbey's Road to Helles. CORONADO— The new exec chef at Leroy's Kitchen + Lounge, JC Colón, is adding his own dishes to the menu this week. Included are two house made pastas, fettuccine with spicy lamb ragu and herb ricotta and a sweet pea ravioli topped with foraged mushrooms and pecorino.
