Karl Strauss Brewing Company has announced the winner of their annual ProAm competition, and Eater was one of the lucky guest judges. Congrats to Vista's Tim Taylor, whose top scoring "Bleke Citroen", a Belgian-style Pale Ale, was our favorite beer from the start. Taylor will get to make his beer with Karl Strauss' head brewer, Matt Johnson, and have it entered into competition at this year's Great American Beer Festival.
