The first beer from a new program at Green Flash Brewing Co. is releasing today at 3 p.m. in their Mira Mesa tasting room. The Genius Lab series, overseen by brewmaster Chuck Silva, is a small-batch project to encourage innovation and experimentation among their brewing team.
