Their upstairs expansion isn't quite complete but UnderBelly is ready to resume ramen service. The Little Italy eatery reopens today at 11:30 a.m. Though the second level seating area's still in construction, UnderBelly is soft launching their new menu items, which include a fish tartare trio (hamachi, spicy tuna, salmon), crispy chicken wings with a sweet and spicy dipping sauce and two buns, one stuffed with sous vide pork belly, the other with tempura eggplant.
