Oscar's Mexican Seafood Multiplies Itself Twice Over

Oscar's Mexican Seafood, whose original location was established on the border of La Jolla and Pacific Beach (703 Turquoise St.), has just opened a new spot off Mission Boulevard, a block from the beach in a space that was once home to Mad Dog's Cafe.

This month's been a busy one for Oscar's owner, Juan Bernardo; he recently took over the Newport Yacht Club (5058 Newport Ave.) in Ocean Beach, which had itself only been open for few months.

All three Oscar's locations are serving the same menu of popular Mexican seafood favorites (ceviche, tacos, tortas).
