Brandon Brooks (Carnitas' Snack Shack, Ritual Tavern) has just taken over the kitchen at Sessions Public in the Point Loma/Ocean Beach area. In a short Q & A with Westcoaster, Brooks says once he gets settled in, he'll start some menu changes, which include "doing more in-house, especially when it comes to breaking down whole animals."
