SHELTER ISLAND— The 4th annual I Love Poke Festival hits the Bali Hai on Wednesday, May 29 from 6 to 9 p.m. Chefs will compete for the "Best Poke" title by using all sustainable seafood; contestants including Gaijin's Antonio Friscia, Burlap's Anthony Sinsay and Ricardo Heredia from Alchemy.
