Young Guns 2013 semi-finalist from San Diego, Doug Constantiner, left an investment banking job in New York City in order to start climbing the ladder in the brewing world. While working at The Bruery, he met his business partner, Travis Smith, and together, they launched Societe Brewing Co. in 2011. The 28 year-old Constantiner is the company's CEO and shares in the brewing duties, which includes a highly-anticipated sour beer program with lead brewer Smith.
