NESTOR— Burlap's Anthony Sinsay is giving back to his alma mater, Southwest High School, by organizing a pop-up dinner that will seed a new scholarship program to aid and support students who are interested in getting into the culinary profession. To raise funds, the chef has joined forces with Carnitas' Snack Shack's Hanis Cavin, Rachel King of baKING Co. and nine student chef interns to cook up a four course dinner on Tuesday, May 21.
