Societe Beer Dinner; Taste of Cardiff; Malarkey Goes To NYC

Farm House Cafe's Olivier Bioteau is teaming up with Hanis Cavin of Carnitas' Snack Shack for a four (plus bonus bites) course dinner in collaboration with Societe Brewing Co. Four Societe beers will be paired with porky delights, including pork cheek rilletes with apple jam and slow cooked pork loin with onions carbonara and corn dauphine.
