Chef Chad White is taking his Plancha Baja Med pop-up to Tijuana this Friday, when he'll collaborate on a special tapas menu with chef Javier Plascencia at Plascencia's Erizo Baja Fish House & Market, the site of one of Eater's best meals of 2012. The menu will be offered on Friday, April 12 between 3 and 7 p.m.; likely dishes include a smoked marlin arepa and White's sea urchin ice cream.
