After their grand re-opening in February, owners of Hillcrest's Noodle, Etc (formerly Kip's Cafe) have moved and decided to focus their energy on their El Cajon Kip's Cafe location.
This Saturday, April 13, new proprietor Patrick Tjota will soft launch The Snooty Asian.
Tjota also owns Mission Valley's Bali Thai Cafe; with this concept, he's pulling together one or two choice dishes from many of the world's best Asian cuisines, including Chinese, Indonesian, Malaysian, Thai and Singaporean.
When the liquor license is transferred, look for the bar to serve drinks like Singapore Slings and coconut-lemongrass margaritas. For now, their hours should run from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. for lunch and 5 to 10 p.m. for dinner, but those are subject to change.
