viva%20pops.jpgThe New York Times recently landed in San Diego for 36 hours; where and how did they spend their time? And more importantly, what did they eat and drink? After a snack at C Level and a bite at Carnitas' Snack Shack, they grabbed dessert at Viva Pops and had a late drink at Hamilton's Tavern. An afternoon of beer tourism took them to AleSmith, Societe and Lightning; along the way there was a pick-me-up at Bird Rock Coffee Roasters and brunch at Little Italy's Extraordinary Desserts.
