Alex Carballo, Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens's executive chef is seeking a a sous chef for their Escondido location and The Pearl's Jaison Burke is looking for sous chef to join him in Point Loma (check out Burke's new spring menu to get an idea of his food).
