RANCHO SANTA FEThe Pony Room at the Rancho Valencia Resort & Spa is hosting a Cinco de Mayo event on May 4 from 4 to 7 p.m. The tequila and food fiesta includes five small plate stations and five drink pairings, including red snapper and tropical fruit ceviche with a tequila-based mint julep and a margarita with carne asada street tacos.
