Christopher Osborne has just joined the restaurant as its sous chef after spending over three years at George's California Modern, where he worked with chef Trey Foshee as a saucier and assisted with Foshee's TBL3 tastings. Victor Jimenez, Cowboy Star's executive chef, says that Osborne's "commitment to sourcing and foraging for local and sustainable products, as well as his techniques and style of cooking, are qualities that will complement our cooking program at Cowboy Star."
