SanDiegoVille.com got a snap of the Notice of Suspension issued by the Alcoholic Beverage Control to Pacific Beach's Bar West. A rep told Eater that this temporary closure is related to a prior infraction the bar incurred by briefly serving alcohol without food, before they partnered with Oscar's Mexican Seafood.
