In celebration of Eater's Burger Week, Carnitas' Snack Shack is holding a Burger Bash this Sunday, April 21 from 1 to 4 p.m.
Chef Hanis Cavin will be on the patio (called the Pig Pen) grilling up the Eater San Diego Burger (and their SnackShack Burger) and your Eater editor, Candice Woo, will be guest bartending at the craft beer taps.
So come out for the pork goodness that is the Eater San Diego Burger; as a Burger Week 2013 bonus, the beer's on us!
Chef Cavin recommends pairing the burger with Green Flash Brewing Co.'s Cedar Plank Pale Ale, and Eater's buying a pint of Green Flash for the first 30 people* who purchase one of our Eater San Diego Burgers. Certified Cicerone Dave Adams, Green Flash Brewing Co.'s tasting manager, will also be on hand to chat about the beer.
So come relax on the patio, eat a burger, drink a beer and hang with Eater!
*30 "Proof of Purchase" receipts will be available at the order window starting at 1 p.m. on Sunday; offer limited to first thirty people, ages 21 and up, with your purchase of the Eater San Diego Burger. Must present valid ID; one combo per person.
